Having bought and gifted Smartivity products before, this one was a huge disappointment for the following reasons - 1. The assembly was not smooth. The first step is so tight, one cannot start building the product unless they have workshop tools with them. I had to sand and cut some parts for them to fit in properly. Very poorly designed joints. 2. Removing the parts is difficult and risky. I cut my fingers while poking the pieces out. Safety should be the number one priority for kids products and this one lacks in that area. 3. Some of the dates are missing and without all the dates, the whole product is useless. Even on the dates given, there seems to be some powder stuck on them and are not readable at all. My little brother refused to touch the packet as he thought it's filled with fungus. 4. After assembling the whole product (which took me more than 3 hours), it doesn't function at all. I have attached a video to showcase the same. It's really disappointing to spend so much money, time, and effort only to end up with a complicated stationary holder. Not up to the mark by Smartivity standards.

Ordered it as a gift. The product is good but the packaging was awful. The gift wrap was torn and most appalling thing is that the product invoice was also kept inside the gift wrap. Imagine how embarrassing it would be if it's gifted as it is. Never had this disappointing experience with Silkrute. Hope this issue will be looked into seriously!!
