Body butters are thought to be winter thing. Mom's Co proves it wrong by making a sensible body butter which actually smells delicious as Nutella and looks yumilicious as a flavored butter. So this is very first time to see a Nutella coloured body butter that actually is chemical free and vanishes in a minute of application deep into your skin. I am trying it and it absolutely is no sticky body butter at all.... No sweating at all... The best part that makes me throw my age old favourites out in ocean is the naturally formulated and absolutely baby safe product, with no compromise over hygiene and safety, also focusing on body needs (added a lot of goodness such as shea, rosehip, buckthorn and mom's Co guarantee of zero harmful chemicals ). This brand is what I was looking for.

This is one of those rare products which delivers on the promise of being free of nasty chemicals. There isn't anything in it to worry about - I did spend half an hour looking up every single ingredient. Neither does it compromise on effectiveness. The body butter has a light, creamy texture which coats the skin with emollients and prevents skin dehydration. I found it good for reducing itching (belly skin), specially at night, since it lasts for a good 8 hours. Though it doesn't seem to have any added fragrance, the ingredients together have a pleasant, fruity, almost citrusy scent and a lovely apricot colour. When it comes to stretch mark prevention, there's nothing that can guarantee it. For the rest, I find this cream does keep the skin incredibly soft and supple, performing better than most of the cocoa butter or mineral oil formulas marketed for stretch mark prevention. In fact, it's a product worth carrying into everyday life, as I can't think of any body butter (not even the popular body shop ones) that works so well, is chemical free and available at this price point. Two small issues - the packaging, at least for my piece, has a plastic seal cover, which doesn't fit back very well once I unsealed it. Secondly, the claim that seabuckthorn oil has vitamin C seems odd, given that vitamin C is water soluble, volatile and would not survive the oil extraction process. Anyway, this is a great find, definitely something to restock.

This is a thick moisturiser. So I usually have to wash my hands after application. This leaves the skin moisturised for close to 10-12 hrs easily. I use it at night and until the morning shower, my skin remains really soft. I use this with the stretch oil from moms co. Both the products together have prevented my pregnant belly from any dryness and itchiness. However, I still do have stretch marks on my lower belly. Nevertheless the product is really good for overall moisturization. 100g box lasted exactly for 2 month for me with single daily application.
