The handle and the diaphragm keeps coming out which makes it very difficult to pump and it takes in air which causes blackflow of milk and it also spill milk.This pump didn't even work properly for a week. The customer care is pathetic they dont respond and now after following them up for more then a week, they are asking for rs100 courier charge for replacement. Why should a customer pay when the pump didn't even work for a week and what if the same problem appears again? Will they take the guarantee that the new parts will not be defective? This is the new way of looting customers
