Ingredients: Ragi Jowar(Sorghum) Foxtail Millet Moong Dal Bengal Gram Brown Rice Almond Flour Cardamom powder Vitamins and Minerals How to Use: 1. Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan 2. Add 3 level table spoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix 3. Mix well to remove the lumps 4. Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps 5. I liked it for my baby I have been using it from last two months and want to replace it with cerelac coy I found it more natural. But i have one important question please answer if it is all natural and i cook it in milk then why it is mentioned to feed immediately after cooking in instructions. Is it harmful if I feed it to baby after one or couple hours of cooking?
