My baby's cheeks had become dry and rough. I was skeptical when I bought it, but in just 3 days there was a visible change. The redness has reduced. But, it's not like the dryness has vanished completely. When I apply it, it makes the cheeks soft. The softeness lasts for about 4 hours or so and then the dryness is again visible. So I applied it almost 3 to 4 times per day initially and now reduced it to 2 to 3 times a day. Overall a good one, you can give it a try
