I received this parcel today, but they send wrong words "anniversary" rather than "birthday". Even some letters are missing and LED lights are deffective. I mean blasted as soon as i plug it.Balloons quality is good. Customer service is good And i complained to customer service they refunded me today itself

It’s a nice set. And the finished look is exactly as shown. However the gold string curtains are gentle and couple of the strands broke while opening the pack. We had trouble with the regular yellow balloons — some were not of good quality and didn’t get inflated. The metallic balloons were great. Please use a long straw to deflate the metallic balloons. A short straw did not help in deflating them.

The non metallic balloons bursts so frequently, after inflating them within 15 mins they started bursting so to stop that we had to put less air which makes the ballon size small, the card used for "happy birthday" is the back of some restaurants menu card atleast cover that in paint it looks cheap

Biggest drawback is balloons pump is not working. So there is no way to fill air in letters. Luckily we have a old balloon pump to fill the air.

The product was good.. however, a wrong description.. all stars are of same big size (which I received, unlike 3 small and 3 big as mentioned) .. need a big wall space for comfortable spacing of the 'Happy Birthday' balloons.. alphabet 'H' was damaged (so did not paste 'birthday' fully).. balloon colours were random.. received only 1 yellow and 2 green and near about 10 of pink and other 2-3 colours.. it is easy to inflate using the provided pump.. however, the quality of the same is not good.. for information, wall stickers and swirls in pic were bought separately.. Bought at 450, little overpriced at 450 should be around 350-400..
