The idli slots are too tiny... You can pour just a few drops of batter and it makes literally flat and tiny idlis... You have to keep playing by making multiple rounds...

The idli stand quality as such is not that great. The depth of idli slot/mould is really small. a tea spoon of batter will go in each slot. I was hoping thicker as you get in market the mini idli Definitely did not solve the purpose.
