Very thin glass, brittle and easily breakable. Paid so much for Borosilicate quality and now very disappointed. Did not expect Borosilicate to sell such low quality items. Claims to be lightweight but then it has to be sturdy. Else a lil heavier is also ok. Durability and safety is more important.

We use most of rhe Borosil products but this specific item is waste of money as the mug's handle comes off even at a slight tip on the handle rendering the mug useless. Better not go for the item till Borsil modifies or strengthens the handle.
