This casserole does keep the rotis warm for up to 45 minutes or so. And yes, the rotis do not get damp. Medium sized rotis have to be folded in a quarter to fit into it, but then it's alright for me, as a bigger size would be a more bulkier one sitting around my kitchen. Quality is moderately good. I'm happy with the purchase, and would definitely recommend it.
