The worst product of Stahl ….it is supposed to be non stick tava and especially for dosa and the dosa stuck like Fevicol….i have paid close to 3000/- for this product and its a total waste of money…

Dosa doesn't come out as smoothly as any other non stick dosa tawa. It turns black very quickly even on less flame hence difficult to make chapaties quickly as flame needs to be turned down regularly.

Dosa is sticking to pan. Moreover there is uneven heating. One side of the pan is getting heated more than the other side. Not worth buying considering the high cost and sub standard quality.

I have been loving using this product for the last 2 years. I have been using both the sizes. Initially it seems that the product might not be as non stick. However within one or 2 uses, it just becomes brilliant to use.

It is not flat pan. Center is high level and edge of circle is low level. What happened is little watery liquid put on the pan, all flow to edge. Only thick things will stay in center. Its no use.

This product is okay for dosas, but certainly not for chapatis. With or without oil, your chapati will always stick on one side leaving the grid marks. Only after couple of chapatis, it gets so burnt that difficult to make decent chapati. Cleaning is a big nightmare. Would you want to soak your tawa in vinegar solution after every use and scrub a lot? Then buy it.... Else stick to your regular tawa.

My son gifted me this dosa tava. It looks stylish n heavy base. After a single use I can't say anything about its coating. But yes my kitchen looks more vibrant

This tava is not good compared to nonstick. This tava is not nonstick and dosa gets stuck. Also not worth the price. Better to buy normal cast iron tava or simple nonstick.

It’s heavy steel pan and also nonstick. Made oats dosa with oil/ghee/butter and it turned out absolutely perfect. Also, this is my 3rd Stahl company’s product and it’s always been worth it. No complaints! Go for it ????
