While I had bought an 11 inch kadai from another good company, I found that very big and heavy for daily cooking for a family of 4. Was very happy with the Rock tawa frying pan that I bought last year, so proceeded to buy this size kadai from them. Excellent size, excellent quality and easy to handle. It turned out to be such a good buy that I have subsequently bought 2 more to present to my in-laws and another relative.

It's a wonderful thing to any kitchen, very sturdy and works for any kind of food, from frying to making vegetables to season dals, to roast peanuts to making curries, easy to know and maintain, good for small family of 3 people. I have been using this product for about 7 days now. In these days, my observations were that, it’s a good product. Retains heat, cooks food fast. The taste is good. But even after washing without detergent and wiping with a cloth, it still shows some rusting. I have seasoned it 3 times. The edges do not heat up as much, because of which it shows rusting. You can see it from the pics. Other than this minor problem, it’s good enough for daily use.

I bought this to fry my food items ...it is heavy n very sturdy..however the base is slightly not so stable ...I liked everything about the kadai...however what I did not like is that the surface is not smooth ...there are small hole into it about a size of half peanut ...however they are in three places ...n not very deep ...it doesn't give a feel of a good quality product....though the material used is really heavy n a good one

It's really nice to cook with less oil like non stickIt's very deep kadai which I m looking for a long time but it's heavy to cook and but for deep fry it will be really nice and quality really really very nice

This is my second buy from rock tawa n no doubt I loved it. The finishing is not good as the 11inch kadai but m happy It heats up fast compare to 11 inch Light weight since it’s smaller size Easy to use easy to clean Just need little care till it becomes well coated.
