1. Product packaging was not good as it comes in original brand box without any bubble/foam support which caused many scratches to the cooker bottom and cooker lid.2. The whistle is rusted when received. It is too loose to fit to the lid and whistle doesn't blow while cooking. We have to manually pull the whistle to blow.3. Cooker design is perfect, base thickness is very nice and durable too.
