After more than a year of using this cooker I'm writing this review for the product. This is a good product with flaws that are recurring and hard to understand.Water leaks from it's rubber seal after closing the lid, there's sounds that are produced with the leaking of the steam in this. There had to be proper sealing so that they're no steam escaping from it, that's why we but this expensive product, ain't it?They say it's heavy bottom but even with enough water in the cooker I've faced burning of food items in this. Don't know how and why but it happened, then the rubber with it is very very costly and hard to find in stores online or offline.There's got to be a big effort from the company to rectify these mistakes do that customers aren't left high and dry.
