I bought this item on 22 Dec 2017. After two weeks, I started using it. One side handle was not working at all. Some how I fix it, though it was now correctly fixed. I was using it sparingly, since I was having one more Milk Boiler with me. Last week, the whistle has come out from the Milk Boiler. I tried to fix it, but the thread of the whistle was loosened was not at all working. Now I want to return it to amazon.in, since I could not use it even for one month properly. Please guide me. Serves the purpose. I no longer spill the milk on my gas stove while boiling it ??. Plus I don’t have to go hunting for a vessel to boil the milk everyday. This product is a must have in every house hold coz boiling milk is an everyday activity. Also, cleaning this milk cooker is also very easy. It’s made of good quality stainless steel so if you just pour some hot water and keep for five minutes, the milk boiling stains from the walls of the container also go away.

Instead of whistling the water started coming out from it in force where the water was filled till the whistle only… also the whistle open locks in downward side. Would not recommend…

The bottom layer of the milk boiler is cracked within three months of usage... Very bad quality Steel and durability is zero '0'.
