I bought this item on 22 Dec 2017. After two weeks, I started using it. One side handle was not working at all. Some how I fix it, though it was now correctly fixed. I was using it sparingly, since I was having one more Milk Boiler with me. Last week, the whistle has come out from the Milk Boiler. I tried to fix it, but the thread of the whistle was loosened was not at all working. Now I want to return it to amazon.in, since I could not use it even for one month properly. Please guide me. Very good product as the milk never boils over. The quality of the steel is also very good. Only negative is that the whistle is not so loud, meaning you have to be alert for hearing it.
