Good one for heating milk,only issue that one side handle was loose with damaged screw threads, I need to use a over size screw to fit it.

Have a smaller version which served for few years.This came with a missing screw to the handle and that is inconveniencing. The small funnel to pour water in the vent is cracked.Managing with alternatives.Wonder how a company keeps one screw less when others have spare screws included as seen in other products.Anyway, based on the previous experience, the product hopefully must be good.

Very dispointing,very bad quality as it seems to be. Not worth at all.try to contact amazon customer care but couldn’t. As soon as I got the product I was happy but when I put up milk on the stove it started becoming red on the button even the handles were very hot. I switch off the gas immediately,then the pot became black within 2 mts. I have requested for refund.The pit has been picked up this morning.Hope amazon will look into it.

Useful and vfm but the handles heat up if filled close to it's level. Hot water drips from whistle but works if water level is below whistle. Otherwise the product does it's job
