The funnel is not user friendly. When you have milk in container and want to pour water coz it's over, it's not possible. U need to empty milk, pour water using funnel, then put back milk. Funnel should have been tilted.Worst and surprising is that the handles get heated up. It's most important to keep it cool or not heated. Very disappointed ????

The handles get heated quickly even on low flame, much before the milk itself is heated. Plus the whistle only makes a hissing sound, that too so softly you can only hear it if you are standing next to it.
