A Very good product, but its priced high. But considering the options available, this one seems the best option. Heat distribution is good. Even though heavy, cooking is fast & does not consume lot of gas & also can cook in less oil (less than steel kadhai). Its pre-seasoned so you can start using it straight away. Glass lid with rubber side works very well and side handle covers helps a lot. Just one question bothers me, availability of the lid rubber as it will wear off with time

Most of things good, but food turns black if left in it. Hope there is no artificial treatment with side effects. Otherwise good for cooking. Egg scramble sticks badly. Rest of the foods are good.

This kadhai is quite useful. It's shape and size is well designed. Glass lid helps the food to cook quickly due to the rubber ring given with the lid. But the cast iron quality is not as good as imported cast iron cookware. I am using Lodge cast iron pans as well. I can cook sour recipes in lodge pan , but not in this kadhai. Food colour darkens when cooked in this kadhai if cooked with tomatoes or any other sour or acidic item unlike Lodge pans.
