This is superb stainless steel kadai provided with silicon handles for heat resistance, these handles are removable so it is easy to clean. The weight of this kadai is heavy, so curries won’t burn as normal steel kadai. In this kadai we can cook curries/rasam/fries without any food hazard. Additionally this is flat kadai, so it can be used on both gas/induction. We used to have aluminium one, now we replaced with steel kadai as there are so many health concerns about aluminium. This is a great addition to our kitchen and we are using it almost everyday.
