Writing the review after using it for a week now. The kadhai looks reliable and strudy. the size is perfect. I have been cooking on the "lowest" flame but yet the base turns black, like burnt. Food will stick. I know it is not non-stick. But why should my food stick and burn when i am cooking my food covered at low flame. I cannot imagine what happens if i use it on medium or high flame. Sadly, but not recommended.
