It is really good for making Chinese, chillies,or noodles. The quality of food is much better when made in this as compared to non-stick pans.only thing which I didn't liked was thin handle to hold which makes uncomfortable while cooking due to heavy weight rest all is superb

I'm using the Wonderchef blender which is a wonder. So I'm confident that the cast iron Forza pan that I bought and the two knives are going to be equally great. The knife chops well. The pan is also fine and will hopefully last a long while!!!
