The ceramic pan does well. Fried a 250 gram fillet of rawas fish with just a couple of drops of oil.Reason for purchase was to tawa fry with little oil.I will switch to ceramic coated cookware.

Its a poor quality non stick pan. Evertime i try to make omelet but end up at scrambled one. Because eggs stick to it very easily. Even french toasts sticks to itSo what kind of non stick this pan is.Extremely disappointed with thid productEven heat distribution is not uniform .Center part gets extremely hot
