The look and quality of the tiffin is really nice but the main purpose of reheating the food is not solved. Even after plugging for 40 mins the food wasn't even warm. The outer box heats up but not the food inside any of the 3 containers. Totally waste of money. I regret buying this product.

Food gets hot after 30min. . Overall good product for winter. Only disadvantage is it is not spill proof but if you want hot food you have to keep it in bag in straight position.
