You won't have any complaint about keeping water worm or cold, but the problem is if you keep hot water for a long time and keep on doing this for few days, the bottle will suck its cap and the inner (silver) part will get sucked inside the cap. Additionally, it's bulky and will be difficult to carry if you break the strap somehow.

The parts of bottle cap was loose right from the beginning and it has split into pieces now, A very cheap quality product for a very high price and unsafe as the adhesive material from the cap parts keeps dropping inside the bottle, never expected such from a a brand like Milton.
