It keeps the liquid at the temperature it was put in the bottle for the whole day. It's a great alternative to 1l plastic water bottles but I maybe a little heavy to carry, which is fine comparing to its benefits. It's cap is made up of steel too just like the body, so it does get bent if it falls down a little too hard.
