Advantages
The product is same as shown as in the picture.... I had to replace it because one serving bowl was broken. The packaging is not very good.

Initially, I was a little skeptical to order this item online, going by the large number of reviews suggesting transit damage to the products. Luckily, I was fortunate to receive a set in proper condition, despite the fact that the thermocol packing material was pretty much broken & damaged inside the packing box. I had selected this product primarily because of 2 reasons :- a) Many reviewers had posted of La Opala plates cracking after microwave ( even though the manufacturer certifies them as microwave safe). It is expected that Borosil products would be better in this category. b) Many dinner sets nowadays do not include a rice serving tray, which was one of my essential requirements and was included in this set.
