Honest opinion, was sweet and is not really a good spread for a pizza base. It lacked tanginess and spice.It is better suited as a spread but definitely not for pizza or pasta.Interestingly, I purchased this again and the taste was sour. A quick check on the reviews have different opinions so my view point is definitely not one way. This tells me there is no standardisation and the ingredient quality + storage is poorVery disappointed. And the kids hated it too!
