We ordered 3 items from this seller and were thoroughly disappointed. One item was of terrible quality. The palm stone was unpolished and the stone itself seemed of poor quality. This product is non returnable. Silkrute directed us to the seller. The seller directed us back to the Silkrute team. This cycle continued. After a harassing episode we decided to give up. Just keep in mind that this product is non returnable and the seller is not honourable.
