Am not sure if they are pure brass or not, am not an expert. But this diya looked good to me, it is strong and peacock design is beautiful. You can disassemble the lamp and store. But I was bummed to see only one diya in the order. Usually diyas come as a pair is what I expected but got only one. And I checked the description again and it didnt mention 2 diyas anywhere so I ordered one more. One diya for this price I felt lil costly, but they look good atleast.
