The Packaging was great. And delivery was on time unlike the official Kama Ayurveda site.Nevertheless, this lip balm is the best ayurvedic product I've ever used. Have been using it for last 6 months. Needs to be applied very often but is very effective. Also, the rosy scent is cherry on the cake.
