Makeup removing is one boring job that takes time if the make up is waterproof like lipper ????, eye shadows, liners ????etc .So, many a times, to my guilt i have gone to bed without going through the grind and effort of cleaning , washing, recleaning, rewashing , rerecleaning.....and still have those stubborn smudges around the eyes.this product does what it promises; it cleans like a charmyou need a good soft cotton ball and a dash of this magic liquid and it cleans gently, quickly, without any irritation.its a two layered liquid concoction, the top layer seems to be oil to dissolve waterproof stuffi am happy to use it and do recommend it.Do express if this is of some help to you. happy shopping :)

Very satisfied with this make up remover. It is really gentle on my sensitive skin but extremely effective. I put a little amount on cotton pads and place on my eyes to get rid of my eye make up and after a minute with a gentle swipe everything comes off, even the hard to get off waterproof liner or mascara. Great buy!

Removes the most difficult-to-remove, smudge-proof, long-lasting, waterproof, "cry-proof", and day-wear eye and lip makeup. I've been using Neutrogena brand for years and because I couldn't find it in India, decided to go with this one. It did not disappoint me. I don't have to keep rubbing my eyes to get the makeup off, so no premature crows feet! The bottle design could've been better, but if you pop out the small plastic thingamajig from the top, it solves the problem (at least for me). Pretty good product given it's price.
