Doesn’t claim to be waterproof either but fyi it’s not waterproof and/or smudge proof.But the application is quite smooth and supple and the pencil glides like butter on the waterline.Application 10/10Long lasting 5/10Waterproof 5/10

The product is of poor quality and looks more chalky and color pencil . I got the same kohl in black from UK and the quality is good though this product from Silkrute is very flaky and causes watery eyesCalled up customer service and they were also no help to me
