I have been fighting Eczema for the past 10 years and have tried all king to steroid creams and steroid tablets but the effect lasted only during the period I was using the medicines and eczema used to come back as soon as I stopped the medication. I tried Takzema ointment and tables and effects were very mild and it gave me some relief but not as much as the steroid cream.For anybody suffering from eczema, I will advise to get Vitamin D3 test and stop using hard boring water as for myself my Vitamin D3 was very low and our boring water had hardness 0f 600 I stopped using boring water and have started taking Uprise D3 tablet and started going out for morning walks in Sun and my eczema has been 80% under control since then.
