Tampons are really easy to wear and dispose. I am using Sofy tampons in both variants, Normal as well as heavy flow. Tampons come with applicator and this is the best part of this tampons. Process is non-messy and tampon quality is also good. I would recommend Sofy Regular variant for less heavy days. Also one should remember to change tampon every 7-8 hours. Sofy tampons are affordable compared to many applicator tampons that are available. Also each tampon comes with own plastic wrapping, hence they are great to carry in small purse, handbag, travel kit etc.

If you are not familiar with tampons then this product is going to be best fit for you. I have used "Bella" tampons but they were uncomfortable and different to use.This tampons are easy to use and comfortable, you'll not feeling discomfort while sitting, excercising or any other activity. It's packing was also in good condition ??

Great product and easy to use. But it's a Japanese product and definitely does not last 6 hours. I have normal flow on day 2 and 3 and I need to change it every 4 hours
