It comes with a an applicator which is great for pain free insertion. That's the good thing about this tampon. BUT it needs to be changed every three hours even on a lighter flow which makes it cumbersome to use. All in all,It's just good for 4/5 day. I wish they came up with tampons with better absorbency and bigger size for heavier flow days.

This was my first time using a tampon and I was always so skeptical about using tampons but sofy made it so so easy and the thing I love about them is that they come with applicators which makes the job super easy and I suggest everyone to buy this one its great ! I love it ! And also feels super light

I am so comfortable using these! The plastic applicator is easy to slide and makes the insertion very quick and simple.I've had dizzy feeling with other tampon brands (especially OB), but not with this. The material is soft unlike the one ob has.

This is a GREAT product for a NOT so heavy flow. I have been using it for sometime now and during a medium flow it works well. Also the applicator makes it pretty smooth to use from day one. Just read the instructions carefully before insertion.
