Was my first time and I'm sure that I may have done something wrong when I inserted it in the morning because it leaked but when I fitted it in again (after 20mins of back to back youtube tutorials) I used the punch down method to insert and I completely forgot about my period for a good 12 hours ?? the cup is comfortable and was not too big.Only issue was I was scared to do a number 2 with it in so I'm not sure how those machanics work.I'll just say, YouTube is your friend so consult it if you need any help

Well this is my first menstrual cup so I can't say if it better than others. It was hard to put it in but I guess it's because I'm a newbie. Breaking seal is hard. But over all menstrual cup's are a great alternative. Switch as quickly as you can. It feels much hygienic and effortless. No wetness no stains no odour no sound pad crumbling, no skin irritation and environment friendly!And if you are someone who doesn't get much cramps you will almost forget that you have periods
