It doesn't do what it says but only removes or u can say fades a bit minor scratches but u can still see them.. But it is ok for the price as if u wanna buy something that is better like Eternashine , it will cost u way more than buying all the three bottles of this guitar polishing pack by d'addario

It is the second product from the total guitar servicing pack. It worked with my EXP AX-50 which has a matte finish, and added to its original beauty. No doubt! This bottle will last very long for me. Please avoid its over use, read instructions on the bottle and always use after 'Restore Detailer' has already been used. Avoid it on the fretboard, use for body and back of neck only! Great product! Just use sparingly unless you are a pro who keeps on touring or the same guitar is handled by many persons!

I bought this product based on reviews in the internet and it is indeed a nice product for both gloss and open pore Guitar body. I also applied it on small speaker box which is of wood and it worked fine.

The product in itself is quite good. It cleans the smudges and polishes the surface but I find it a bit unnecessary. I think you should just go for the Detailer and Spray Cleaner as they will pretty much do the job.
