I have sensitive teeth, and I used to get a lot of pain when I ate cold or hot foods. But since I started using this toothpaste, my sensitivity has decreased significantly. I still get a twinge of pain sometimes, but it's much less than it used to be.I also like that this toothpaste helps to whiten my teeth. I've noticed that my teeth look a bit brighter since I started using it.The only downside to this toothpaste is that it doesn't have a very strong minty flavor. I prefer toothpastes with a stronger mint flavor, but this one is still okay.Overall, I'm very happy with Sensodyne Repair & Protect toothpaste. It's helped to reduce my tooth sensitivity and whiten my teeth.
