This Cuff is compatible with all Major Blood Pressure Monitor like Omron Olex Accu-Sure etc. If you are using a new blood pressure machine like Omron 7120 7121 7130 7132 8712 JPN 1 etc and find out this cuff connector different then you just need to pull/remove the connector/plug from your BP machine cuff which connects to the machine and fix in this new large cuff.
