After using several products finally i got this one.since last month I m using this product. Its working nicely, although it leaves hair a little dry and frizzy.but this is not a big issue and can be solved using any good conditioner.i searched the reason accross many sites nd found that about all the herbal shempoos cause the same problems.As a gentle herbal shampoo doesn't contain SLS(sodium laurate sulphate), which is a harmful chemical.This SLS is responsible for giving a shiny & lustrous look to the hair which we all think as a normal quality of a shempoo.A normal shempoo contain this chemical in abundant quantity,as much SLS as much shine......And the results...? Damaged hairs.. As most of herbal shempoos doesn't contain this SLS,so we feel our hair dry and frizzy after a wash. But it depends on you,wdr u ignore,or still want only the lustrous hair (along with harmfully chemically damaged) or a herbal care of ur hairs.

Using this for years. However, it may not be as effective as medicated shampoos which contain scientific experimentally proven ingredients like biotin, caffeine, saw palmetto, ketoconazole, redensyl etc.Anyway, it may be best as a mild back up shampoo with another medicated shampoo.PS: The package was open when I received and I was not aware while receiving contactless delivery.
