It's been great using Navratna Oil. I frequently suffer from sleep and anxiety issues so I thought i will give it a try since they claim in the advertisements as well that it provides relief from "sleeplessness". Although using this oil has not completely resolved the problem but it has definitely improved my quality of sleep which is great.I would definitely recommend this oil for those who suffer from the problem of lack of quality sleep.
