The product does what it claims to do. That is turn your hair black. I followed instruction from the internet and will produce them below to ensure that there is no confusion:You need - 4 yellow peeled lemons (frozen) yes in the freezer of the refrigerator below zero degree Celsius. Pinch of salt a quarter of a tea spoon and not table spoon, henna ( I had Patanjali Henna so I used it), Indigofera Tinctoria (which is Etheric Indigo Leaves powder the product being reviewed. NOTE: I had Patanjali Henna already with me it doesn't mean that Devodhyog Henna might not work.On an early evening use a hand shredder (every female in India has it in their kitchen) and shred two frozen lemons in a bowl. Add Henna to the lemon shred. Mix it. Leave it for 15 - 30 minutes. Add luke warm water to it. Mix it and leave the paste over night or for 12 hours.Apply Henna to the hair and let it dry. Dry as in dry. This will take atleast 3.5 to 4 hours. Be patient!!! Watch a movie!!Immediately after applying Henna, prepare the Indigofera Tinctoria (Etheric Indigo Leaves powder) paste as below:Shred the frozen lemons. Add quarter table spoon salt (cooking salt..Tata Shudh Idodized salt any sodium content). Add Etheric Indigohera Tinctoria powder. Mix. Leave it for 15 minutes. Now add luke warm water and create paste. Leave it aside.Hopefully now you have only 3 more hours to go and can watch a movie. After the movie, go wash henna from your hair. Don't use soap or shampoo. Dry your hair with towel. Apply the Etheric Indigogear Tinctoria paste. Leave it for at least two and a half hour.Wash the paste off of your hair with soap shampoo. Let it dry. Use oil or gel what ever you use. You will see the difference. I have an after pic check it out. My sides were all gray.This will defi work.

Ordered the product for my mom ,she is way satisfied by the results.Acc to her the hair remains black for almost 15 days..& the procedure is to first apply the henna mixed with cofee,amla shikakai powder etc soaked overnite for 1 hour and then apply the indigo paste mixed in lukrwarm watet for half n hour and the result is beautiful black tresses.

it does NOT colour the hair at all. The powder looks like henna powder. It just gets washed away in the very first wash when you wash your hair to remove the paste that is applied to the hair. All the blue colour just gets washed away leaving NO trace of any colour on your hair.Please note that I followed the all the instructions and did not use any shampoo. I just used water to remove this "indigo" paste from my hair. It turns in to dirty blue water and does NOT give any colour to the hair.

Few tips to get Best result.Apply Heena of any gud brand and wash it off wid plain water next is to mix indigo powder wid warm water in plastic bowl and keep it for 10 min then apply on hairs and wash it off after 2 hours with plain water. After 3 days wash your hair with mild shampoo, I know it is time consuming but it has worth. I have used Hair color of all major brands as my hair roots are white so color fades quickly. I have given 4 star as I want to see in how many washes this indigo color fade out.
