Well not sure if the protein content they claim is as they say and if it has any harmful side effects, all I can say is that it was yummy to eat with. I used it to make overnight oats, which would turn into a chocolate pudding. Madd me worry about the sugar content and how healthy it actually was. Like the sealed package and was easy to use. Dint cause much bloating. Packaging and product seemed authentic.

This is my first whey isolated protein. What i felt was so sweet. Yes i can understood that they are mentioning 2 % of carbs only. But i felt like 30-40 % carbs. I don’t i am the only one who felt that.
