I usually take 1 scoop 15-20 mins before my workout and 2 scoop on the days that I workout my legs - the level of endurance and pump is real. Definitely worth it, specially for those who are beginning to push weights and the mid-level strength trainers. I tried the blue razz flavor and its good. P.S - a good diet, proper sleep and a consistent workout routine is a must for best outcome.

Test it out with coffee filter , you will know it .
