This is a potent pre workout. Not very heavy on the caffeine but the beta alanine is extremely effective. The ability to push through workouts becomes easier. However, for some people, the beta alanine may be too strong and it may result in one's face feeling flushed and intense tingling all over. Make sure you assess tolerance by starting with no more than half a scoop.

It is a good product, for beginners its best to use just half a scoop as anything more than that causes redness, irritation and burning feeling. The flavour is great as well. As long as you take half a scoop you should be okay

It's very nice product, But if you are begginer please don't take more than half scoop because it has beta alanine you Will feel little bit tingling in your body. If you have any medical condition so take your doctor suggestion to start this. Otherwise this product is very good providing energy through out the workout.

I've been using this for the last 2 weeks and i have no complaints - i have tried several other brands and i think this one is the best. It gives you a really good pump along with the push that you need to complete a heavy workout. Please take only half scoop if you're a beginner with pre-workout.
