As per the product contents, it is 3mg boron glycinate per capsule. The elemental Boron content is therefore miniscule, that is 0.3mg, the rest is 2.7mg is glycine and the rest are fillers like bulking agent.The company should provide atleast 30mg boron glycinate per capsule so that each capsule has elemental boron content 3mg.
