So, I took this for almost 90 days, almost everyday, and got tested for vitamin D and Vitamin B12 after that. Surprisingly my Vitamin D was 25, which is less than minimum 30. So I am afraid this doesn’t work. One should rather take weekly Vitamin D capsules, which after 3 months, actually showed a good result of 85 in testing
