It's quite difficult to write down a review for multivitamins unless you get yourself medically checked before and after. They seem fine, no visible side effects. Anyways, even though it shouldn't have been made difficult by HK, for anyone looking for a difference between HK other a little expensive multivitamins and this proboitics one. This is what I found : the other one has aminos in it, this one doesn't. This one says it has proboitics, but it's not a vitamin and i guess not required bcoz the other one didn't give me any digestion issues either.

This is my third bottle of HK multivutamins. I've tried simple multivitamins before, so this time i purchased the one with probiotics. Earlier i was skeptical about it but trust me these HK vitals surely boost up your immune system. I have felt it in a genuine way. Feels more energetic to sit the entire day in office. The tablets are easy to swallow and unflavored without any unpleasant smell or taste. Very effective. Highly recommended for adults.
