hum mahilaon ke liye chalees ki umar ke baad calcium ka rozana supplement lena kafi jaroori hota hai. Calcium ke saath saath Vitamin D bhi mil jaye toh kya baat hai. Abhi sirf char ya paanch din maine ye din mein do baar ye supplement li hai aur main kafi acha aur urjavaan mehsus kar rahi hoon. Swad mein ye ekdum khati mithi goli jaisi lagti hai. Dawai jaisa toh bilkul bhi nahi lagta. Bones aur Muscles ko majboot karte hain aur Immunity bhi badhata hai.
