I'll be honest.I'm on Keto diet, with alternate day fasting, and decided to buy this since a lot of YouTubers keep recommending "WHEATGRASS OMG". The question is, is it actually effective?I don't know, and unless you're testing your blood before and after ONLY taking Wheatgrass, you don't know either. Wheatgrass has a lot of trace minerals, and a lot of Protein and Vitamin E.. so it is fine for that.Plus, when fasting, I make a mix:- Two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs).- A bit of kala namak (what Westerns call "Himalayan Salt".. it comes from Pakistan, btw).- One teaspoon of Wheatgrass powder.Mix it together and drink it in cold water (or whatever temp you prefer) and it tastes amazing and keeps you full for most of the day.\---------Why am I giving this 3/5?First, the price. Stop overpricing things. I will downrate any product that can be grown at home (and I have) but is sold overpriced. THIS is why people go for Chinese products.Second, the product itself doesn't feature any nutritional information, AT ALL. It just has some pointless information about their Wheatgrass growing/cutting procedure (yeah cause that can't be made-up nonsense).Also, do you trust "fssai"? I don't. This label is on a LOT of sub-standard products on Amazon. Means nothing for product quality or purity.Only reason I am buying this is because it's a Indian company and I am putting faith in Indians to not screw-over a fellow Indian (hahaha, yeah, I know that's naive).
